Single-Cup Pour Over Brew Method:
Step 1: Heat filter and brewer with hot water then pour it out.
Step 2: Scoop 20 grams of ground coffee into the filter. Gently shake brewer to disperse the grounds evenly. Set scale to zero.
Step 3: Begin slowly pouring water over the ground coffee in a spiraling pattern, ensuring all coffee grounds are fully saturated, stop at about 60g. Gently swirl to evenly distribute the water.
Step 4: Slowly pour water in a spiraling pattern until the scale reads 200g. Gently swirl the brewer.
Step 5: Slowly pour water in a spiraling pattern until the scale reads 340g. As the water level lowers, gently swirl the brewer to remove any coffee grounds that may stick to the sides of the filter.
Step 6: Pour coffee into a mug and enjoy!
